Description

Changed a few things about Tick's design-- added the piercings and anklet that I have in real life and altered the leg stripes a touch. Sorry about the cruddy quality... I worked on this at school on lined notebook paper with crayola colored pencils, and my scanner did not appreciate that... The colors are distorted here; he's actually just orange, not reddish as he seems to appear here...
